About My Practice

My therapy practice provides a safe space for expectant and new parents and adults to be supported through individual therapy and educational workshops.

Whether you have been in therapy for years or have never seen a therapist before, therapy can be an intimidating space to enter. My goal is to make that space feel supportive, compassionate, trusting, and open.

I have worked with a diverse array of individuals and couples as they navigate issues including life transitions, relationship struggles, parenting, communication issues, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I am certified in perinatal mental health and specialize in treating perinatal issues including postpartum depression and anxiety, adjusting to pregnancy and new parenthood, fertility issues, birth trauma, and pregnancy loss. I also work with clients outside of this spectrum and aim to focus on supporting each client wherever they are in their life.

My therapy style is flexible, supportive, and individualized, working collaboratively with you to explore issues and take steps towards reaching your goals. I use humor and warmth to help you identify ways you may be getting stuck in your life and what you can do to move forward. It’s important to me that treatment is tailored to you and what you hope to get out of therapy, so I seek feedback to ensure you are getting what you’d hoped for out of the process.

I collaborate with Mile High Women's Wellness to provide wraparound support to pregnant and postpartum families in Denver.
